It was an amazing experience hiring Tree Fellers to handle my tree removal. Jack is very fair and awesome to work with. I had 2 very big trees and a medium sized tree I needed removed as well as their stumps, 3 additional stumps and limbs from 3 different neighbors property hanging over my home and garage. They handled what I would consider a dangerous job with ease showing how professional and skilled David and his crew really are! These guys worked as a team, being super communicative, and working around problems with a great attitude. They definitely went above and behind leaving my property as clean as possible. I’d recommend this company to any and everybody, I plan on doing more business with them in the near future.

Compared price with another company and they were about the same, but the other company wanted me to have the utility company come out to shut off the power to my house before they would work. Tree Fellers was able to work around the power lines without involving Consumers Energy, which made it easier for me and a better value. There was some time between approving the contract and when the work was done, but it was all explained at the beginning and not a surprise. When the work started, I had one thing I wanted to communicate with the crew leader about before the second day of work, and he was able to answer my concern by text. I didn't have to take any time off work to be home while the tree work was being done. The job was completed as I wanted and they did a full cleanup, even cleaner than I expected.

These guys saved our lives, literally. We had a large White Oak (~150 yr old) that has been looming over our house for years. It remained healthy for a long time, so we kept it because it was a good shade tree. It recently developed a scary series of cracks in the main trunk, and having had good experience 5 years ago when Tree Fellers removed a fallen trunk from our yard, we knew we should ask Jack to come take a look. He came around noon, and advised us that it was not safe to be in our house (storms were on the way), and had his guys there within the hour to start removing weight from the top of the tree to lessen the danger as much as possible. He even offered to help us find accommodations for the next few nights (we were able to arrange our own, though). Over the next few days, they continued and finished the work, and we are happy to feel safe in our own home again. The guys were also great about helping us set aside some logs we want to get milled because we are woodworkers and understand the value of lumber from such a stately tree.
