Really experience: I have 1.6 acres with 30+ oak trees, most of them over 150 years old and many sitting very close to my house. I talked to a few tree service companies and the prices were all pretty similar, but the Tree Fellers' estimator stood out right away. He understood my situation, explained everything clearly, and even sent me their insurance policy without me asking.One of the trees they removed was about 10 feet from my house and over 100 feet tall, so this wasn’t an easy job. They gave me an estimated timeframe, they originally said end of May, the crew arrived at the beginning of June. The crew: Dave, Alex, and Jamie. There were all great guys and extremely polite and professional. They cleaned up everything, and they even hauled away an extra fallen tree in my backyard that was around 120 feet long and 3 feet wide, all for a fair price.These guys are the real deal. Made a call, Jack was out the same day to get me a quote on the spot. I had 6 large trees removed from around my house. The process was explained as to what type of equipment would be used and how long it would take. After getting on the list I was called and informed Dave and his crew would be out to start work. I was fairly nervous with trees getting taken down right over my house, but that quickly went away watching how Dave and the crew were doing their work. They made sure to take care with their job and I was surprised how quickly they took down one tree after the next. They cleaned up after themselves and after the job was done I had asked if they would make sure my neighbors yard was cleaned up before they left( work was done close to the property line,) they took the time to ask my neighbor if the clean up was sufficient for them. All in all I would highly suggest Tree Fellers for any tree work needing done. They will be my call for any future work I need done.

They trimmed a large tree for us, did a great job, great clean up and fair prices. This past summer, the tree started dying, now a huge mess of falling branches, bark and no leaves. I had one tree down and a second hung up on a third, hanging precariously over the street, after the winds last week. After the city decided that the one hanging over the street wasn’t their problem, Tree Fellers came out to assess and had it down within an hour. They got rid of the root ball that the city left for me as well. They left the yard cleaner than it was when the trees were standing. This is why they are always my first call after a storm.

Tree Fellers came out and saved my bacon, after Consumers Energy trimmed my trees and left me with pieces WAY too big and heavy for me to move. Last year I had a large old tree get uprooted in a very tight to access area. They scoped it out, helped with a plan that would need the least amount of fence removal & lawn damage, & took care of the entire thing in a very quick manner. Tree root ball & all! I reached out to Tree Fellers when my usual tree service stopped providing good customer service/pricing. I had an unexpected/last minute need for tree removal and holes dug to transplant fruit trees from my greenhouse before Michigan winter hit us for real. Jack/Isiah and their team helped me coordinate this project for a much better price and responded promptly/professionally to my questions and need for adjustments to the work. The crew was polite and respectful, and dig a great job in some nasty weather! I highly recommend this company, especially if you need something random done in conjunction with tree service like I did. They saved me thousands of dollars that I would have had to spend with a different landscaping company to get my fruit trees moved.

Saw Tree Fellers doing some storm cleanup in the neighborhood and they had the equipment to take down a tree that I had growing over my garage that had destroyed the gutter and was threatening the roof. I gave them a call and they got me on the schedule. There was a lot of storm damage in the area, so it took a few weeks to get to me, but when they showed up they were clean and efficient. They even cut up some of the trunk into smaller lengths so I could split them for firewood and cleaned up everything else. Highly recommended.

Harold and crew took down a large maple tree today, in my back yard. They were very professional, and were very careful in their work. We enjoyed watching the process, and were impressed with their skills! There were no problems encountered during the removal, all went well! They were very accommodating, even removing a limb on another tree that was not included in the original work request! And the cut the wood to a length I requested, as I kept most of the wood. A friendly group of highly skilled guys who did a great job on cleaning up the yard after all the cutting. Money well spent, thank you for a great job!

Clayton and his team did a beautiful job removing multiple large branches and trees in my yard, as well as clearing away downed branches and several brush piles. Some of the situations required very skilled handling and creative solutions. Clayton clearly really knows what he's doing and is very good at it. He and his team worked hard. They were competent, efficient, thorough, respectful, and considerate. To protect sensitive areas, they had to haul everything out by hand, which they did without complaint. If you're debating, don't hesitate to work with them. I would definitely work with them again.

During the recent storms with strong winds, a large tree uprooted. My insurance agent warned me about price gouging and I think I did witness that, based on some of the quotes I received. Tree Fellers did not price gouge. Their price was significantly less than the other quotes I received. They removed the tree, filled in the hole and cleaned up. Very happy with their service and recommend them 100%.
